Status Unfulfilled: Please use the Contact Us form to provide the Order #(s) and the correct Shipping Address. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their order is correct.

Status Shipped: We cannot recall packages that have shipped. Shipping carriers will not retrieve correctly delivered packages.

Orders returned to sender will be automatically refunded, minus the cost of shipping. 

TIP: Check your saved addresses in your Premier Yarns account, your payment methods (ShopPay, PayPal, etc.) and your internet browser.

NOTE: Billing addresses and payment information cannot be changed.
