You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once shipped, please refer to our Returns policy. Go to your Order Confirmation email, click on View your order. You will land on the Order Status Page, where you can cancel your order. 

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Refunds can take 5-7 days, depending on your bank's normal processing time. Please contact us with any questions.
