How long will it take to ship my order?
As of 04.27.20: Premier Yarns is shipping online orders. Due to the current situation with COVID-19 Premier Yarns is shipping as quickly as possible while maintaining government compliance and employee safety.
Please note that International orders are being held in customs for a minimum of 21 days. Please refer to your tracking number for order status.
It says my order was delivered but I did not receive it.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you can't find it:
- Verify the Shipping address
- Check inside your mailbox, even if you think the order wouldn't fit.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 48 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return unopened merchandise for items not on clearance for a full refund (on the merchandise only) within 60 days of the shipment date.

What does "Pre-Order" mean?
If an item is available for pre-order, you may purchase the item now but it may not ship for an additional 60 days. Usually, we can fulfill pre-orders quickly but there are special circumstances where it will take the full 60 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How do I use a coupon code?
PLEASE NOTE: Coupon codes cannot be applied if you have sale items in your cart.
On your cart page, scroll to the bottom of the page. Above the black bar that says "Apply" you will see a box that says "Discount Code." Enter your code here.
I need a specific dye lot.
We make every effort to match dye lots on orders. If you need a specific dye lot to match previously purchased yarn, please let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to honor your request. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of many of our yarns, dye lots frequently sell out quickly and we might not have the requested lot number in stock.
We do our absolute best to ensure that we take the highest quality photographs of our yarns for display on our website. Unfortunately, every device is going to display color a bit differently. Premier Yarns cannot control the color settings on every device and is not liable if the yarn you receive is not the same color as displayed on your chosen device.
