How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 2 business days from the time the order is placed and take 3 to 7 business days to reach your destination. Orders received after 12pm EST are considered to have been placed on the next business day. During the Holiday Season or other peak times, orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to process and ship.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return unopened merchandise for items not on clearance for a full refund (on the merchandise only) or exchange within 60 days of the shipment date. Exchanged merchandise must be of equal or lesser value. Please send returns to PremierYarns.Com Returns, 5991 Caldwell Park Dr, Harrisburg, NC 28075. Please be sure to send your package via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

What does "Pre-Order" mean?
If an item is available for pre-order, you may purchase the item now but it may not ship for an additional 60 days. Usually, we can fulfill pre-orders quickly but there are special circumstances where it will take the full 60 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I've found knots in my skein of yarn.
Premier Yarns makes every effort to ensure the highest quality standards. According to the Crafts and Hobby Association, it is within industry standards to have 1-2 knots per 50 grams of yarn, although this is not the representation we would like to leave with our retail customers. We very rarely have quality control issues with our yarns, but we are more than happy to send you a replacement skein. Please contact CustomerService@premieryarns.com for help.
I need a specific dye lot.
We make every effort to match dye lots on orders. If you need a specific dye lot to match previously purchased yarn, please let us know in your order notes and we will do our best to honor your request. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of many of our yarns, dye lots frequently sell out quickly and we might not have the requested lot number in stock.
We do our absolute best to ensure that we take the highest quality photographs of our yarns for display on our website. Unfortunately, every device is going to display color a bit differently. Premier Yarns cannot control the color settings on every device and is not liable if the yarn you receive is not the same color as displayed on your chosen device.
