Shipping and Returns
Free Shipping on orders over $75 (contiguous US only)
1. Will there be a shipping delay?
Because of supply shortages, you may experience some delay with your parcel.
International orders may have an extended delay due to restrictions in the Customs Departments due to Covid-19. Orders to Canada can expect a delay of up to 21 days in customs.
2. I entered the wrong address.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Provide your order numbers and the correct address. If you provide the wrong address and the order is returned to sender/marked undeliverable, the order will be automatically refunded minus the cost of shipping.
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Small orders of 3 balls or less can ship to PO Boxes. However, most orders larger than this cannot be shipped to a PO Box and will require a physical address.
4. Orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Premier Yarns believes in product quality and excellence and that belief extends to you -- our valued consumer. If you are dissatisfied, you may feel free to return unopened merchandise for a full refund.
Please contact email@example.com with your order number for next steps on how to file for a return.
Please open your package carefully. We will not replace yarn that has been damaged if you open your package with box cutters or rip it open.
Unopened items returned within 60 days from date of order are eligible for a full refund.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process with your bank.
Please note: All bag sale, clearance, and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please do not return clearance items as you will not receive a refund.
Shipping rates are based on Real Time Carrier Calculated shipping rates.

Please note that the same circumstances apply as U.S. orders (outlined above). Additionally, International orders may take longer due to customs. Please refer to your tracking number for order status.
International orders may be charged additional customs fees. the customer is responsible for all duties and fees that may need to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Business Customers and Large Consumer Orders
Premier Yarns reserves the right to charge for actual freight for large orders. Orders do not qualify for free or rush delivery. Large orders may require additional fees for unloading. Please contact Customer Service with questions. If you are interested in buying a large quantity and do not qualify for our wholesale program, please contact customer service and they will direct you to the correct contact.
Premier Yarns does not ship on the following days in 2022:
- January 1- New Years Day
- January 16 - Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
- February 20 - President's Day
- May 29 - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- September 4 - Labor Day
- November 11 - Veterans Day
- November 24 - Thanksgiving Day
- November 25 - Day after Thanksgiving
- December 24 - Christmas Eve
- December 25 - Christmas Day
- December 31 - New Year's Eve
Premier Yarns may decide to take pre-orders on certain items. In these cases you will be responsible for paying for items, tax/tariff's and shipping as required.
If an item is available for pre-order, it will be indicated underneath the item’s thumbnail on its order page.
Premier Yarns is unable to split orders due to items being on pre-order. Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items on the order are available to ship.
If the items are not available within 60 days of the order date, Premier Yarns will issue a refund for the unavailable items and any difference in shipping charges.
