If you are dissatisfied, you may feel free to return any merchandise in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date.


Please note: All clearance and bundle priced items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Return Process

Return Requirements

Return items must meet the following requirements

  • Time frame is within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Item in unused and resellable condition.
  • Items in the original packaging (yarn label is still in tact and around the ball)
  • Items not marked final sale on the product page.

Return Instructions

To begin processing a return, follow the instructions below

  1. Visit our returns center: http://premieryarns.returnscenter.com.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. It will not allow you to select final sale items.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Non Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items

Please open your package carefully. We will not replace yarn that has been damaged if you damage your package with box cutters or rip it open.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process with your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend following the return process and then placing a new order for the product you want.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and need to replace it, please contact Customer Service here. Please Do Not Return Defective Items.

International Customers

International orders must be returned within 30 days. Due to the exchange rate, we cannot accept returns after this period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds cannot be provided for duties, customs fees, or VAT after an order is shipped. We do not accept exchanges.
