ADD or CHANGE an Order

The only change we can make to your order is the Shipping Address.
For any other changes, you will need to cancel and resubmit your order. We cannot add, remove, or switch items. We cannot upgrade shipping methods. We cannot merge orders. We cannot change the payment or billing information.
Please ensure your order is accurate.
If you do need to make changes, please submit a Cancellation Request and then submit a new order with the correct details.

Shipping Address Change: On this page, you can click "FAQ Home" from the top left corner, or scroll down to click "Help & Contact" again. Once you have returned to the FAQ, scroll down to CONTACT US and choose "Order Issue" as the Concern. Complete the required information and provide the correct shipping address so that we can complete the change as soon as possible.
How to Cancel: On this page, you can click "FAQ Home" from the top left corner, or scroll down to click "Help & Contact" again. Once you have returned to the FAQ, scroll down to CONTACT US and choose "Order Cancellation" as the Concern. Complete the required information and your request will be processed as soon as possible, during business hours.
