For any other changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

We cannot add, remove, or switch items/quantities. We cannot upgrade shipping methods or merge orders. We cannot change the payment or billing information.

Shipping Address Change: On this page, you can click "FAQ Home" from the top left corner, or scroll down to click "Help & Contact" again. Once you have returned to the FAQ, scroll down to CONTACT US and choose "Order Issue" as the Concern. Provide the correct shipping address so that we can complete the change as soon as possible. 

How to Cancel: Go to your Order Confirmation email and click on View your order. You will land on the Order Status Page where you can cancel your order.
