We cannot edit orders by adding, removing, or switching items. Shipping cannot be upgraded after checkout. Orders cannot be merged. Please ensure your order is accurate.
To change quantities, colors, shipping method, or payment/billing information on an order that has not been shipped, contact Customer Service.
Return to the previous page (Select FAQ Home), scroll down to choose the Concern "Order Cancellation" to provide the required information.
Your order will be cancelled by Customer Service during Business Hours.
