This is the first skirt I've designed and made. Before I moved to Ciudad de México, I lived in Phoenix Arizona. I needed something light and cool, but I love skirts to my ankles.

This yarn drapes beautifully, I added a split, but the yarn drapes so well, I didn't really need the split. I love the look of this skirt.

When the temperature hit 110 degrees in Phoenix I felt cool. Mexico has a milder climate and the yarn performs well in both cool and humid conditions.

I was amazed at the performance. I purchased six cakes in two different colors. I can't wait to make my second skirt.

It’s a wonderful yarn to work with. Always leary to buy cotton yarn without being able to touch it first. Took a leap of faith and am glad I did. The colors are bright, the yarn is soft. Can’t ask for more then that!

I love the cotton yarn. The stripe colors are very long. I forgot how long it takes to crochet anything with 2 yarn. So very soft.
