I had been eyeing this for a long time before it went on sale. I love working with cotton, but some brands are a bit rough and cheap looking, which is fine for washcloths.

This is Egyptian Giza cotton, only some of the best cotton in the world. I was able to nab quite a few hanks before the colors dwindled and are now almost out of stock. I highly recommend it for sweaters, quality baby blankets, and higher-end kitchen accessories. And you cannot beat the price -- this type of yarn goes for exponentially more at other yarn vendors. Trust me! I've done my homework -- Premier usually has the lowest price (even when NOT on sale!) 90% of the time!

The only way to "unravel" it is to use a yarn swift -- it is easy and quick. They are available at all the "big box" websites -- just make sure you get the winder to go with it. Once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly easy -- I was able to wind 8 hanks in 40 minutes.

Radiant Cotton is a pleasure to work with. Soft on the hand and in final fabric, whether knit or crocheted. Lovely sheen and rich colors. One of my favorite cotton yarns!

I can tell if it is great yarn or not, I destroyed two twists because I can’t figure it out how to untwist.. sorry, it’s not the yarn fault but mine, I’ve never worked with this type of yarn before.. I wished I knew it would come like this.
