Puzzle is so popular and high ranked, I had to see what the hype was all about. I bought Lumberjack for it's more masculine colors in olive, rust, blue shades, working up a blanket for my husband in the block stitch. (I find the block stitch is easy on the eyes with darker colors, especially black!). The yarn is soft, the texture is stated as a #5 but it doesn't carry a heavier weight. What is so unique is the yarn twist and how it comes together. It's a unique yarn and I'll buy it again, just for the unique colors.
I wrote Premier and asked if the popular colorways in Puzzle could be done in other types of yarns. Wouldn't it be fun to do a puzzle in a #3? Or create your own by adding two #3's together, both with different colorways. I mean there's a Cotton Puzzle. The Puzzle Shimmer is there. Why not have something in chenille?
