I ordered six 4ply worsted yarn to make a baby blanket. I think it's the best yarn I've ever used. I'm 65 years old, I've been knitting since I was five years old so I've used a lot of different types of yarn. I just ordered six more for another blanket.

Premier Basix is my go to for basic acrylic yarn. Nice and firm and an actual 4 weight instead of the thin 4's so many other companies provide. They all have a place, but my preference is Premier!

I’ve used this yarn for blankets and it is just perfect. And I’ve used it to make a doll, shamrocks, hearts, and now Easter flowers. The colors are wonderful. The price is right. It’s my favorite yarn.

This yarn is wonderful to work with. I've already made a few blankets in various crochet patterns and love it! Its a softer worsted and the variety of colors are so many that its hard to choose! I use an I - K hook and all works up beautifully! I have not experienced any splitting! I love Premier Basix yarns...and so affordable as well.
