Crochet this Ile de la Cite Cardigan with Premier® Yarns Elle By Me Odette and Premier® Yarns Faux Fur

This Cardigan is worked in pieces and seamed. Each piece is worked flat from side to side. The Hem is made by working back loop only single crochet stitches at the bottom edges of Fronts and Back pieces. Sleeve shaping is done by working back loop only slip stitches at the Cuff for a smaller circumference, back loop only single crochet stitches at the forearm and back loop only half double crochet stitches at the upper arm for a wider circumference. The Collar is worked directly around the Neck after seamed.

  • CC: 2191-01 Harp Seal – 3 balls all sizes

Hook: US Size L-11 (8 mm) and H-8 (5 mm) or sizes needed to obtain gauge

Notions: Tapestry needle, 2 locking stitch markers

Gauge: 

  • 16 sts x 10 rows = 4” in blo hdc with MC and smaller hook
  • 16 sts x 16 rows = 4” in blo sc with MC and smaller hook
  • 16 sts x 23 rows = 4” in blo sl st with MC and smaller hook
  • 8 sts x 9 rows = 4” in sc with CC and larger hook
