This yarn was a ‘new to me’ purchase online; had no idea what to expect as far as texture or thickness. It’s perfect! Not sticky’ when crocheting snug stitches, nor does it basically disintegrate like many velvet chenille yarns are prone to doing. Highly recommend — only complaint is I’d LOVE a humongous skein with 200 or so yards
