    Soft, strong, and washable, this 4-ply yarn is our workhorse! The plies help resist pilling and washability makes it fantastic for frequently-worn garments, housewares, and children and baby clothes. And like all our yarns, it’s super soft and great for next-to-the-skin wear! Spun from our premium superwash merino, it comes in an array of watercolor-multi, semi-solid, and variegated colorways.

    When Malabrigo dyes their yarn, the same formula is used each time but every batch of yarn may vary. The differences from one dye lot to another can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, especially on variegated yarns.

    • 210yds (192m)/100g (3.53oz)
    • #4 Medium Weight
    • Machine washable, gentle cycle, cold water, do not tumble, dry flat
    • Hook Size: US I-9 to K-10/12 or 5.5-6.5 mm
    • Needle Size: US 6 - 8 or 4 - 5mm
    • Gauge: 18.0 to 22.0 sts = 4 inches
    • Made in Peru with Uruguayan Merino wool

    I love this yarn...

    I can not explain the feel of this yarn.. I cant wear wool or much animal fiber but this yarn is a dream.. I get a hank whenever I come in contact with Rios or Rasta... its a great treat and the colors are always beautiful... thank you for carrying this brand

    Luxurious

    Beautiful yarn- as I have now upgraded to medium level knitter, I have decided to invest in good quality yarns and it makes a difference! Wow! This yarn is soft and the color is just amazing! You won’t be disappointed. I made a Beanie which I didn’t take picture of. Invest in good yarns, makes such a difference and block your work.
