Bloom is an easy-care, DK weight yarn with a range of colors from traditional to modern. This self-patterning yarn creates a floral or dot print at any gauge*; in knit or crochet. Generous yardage means fewer ends to join and less interruption of the stitch pattern, allowing you to make blankets, sweaters, toys, and accessories with ease.
If you want closer to the floral pattern look, you will need to follow the recommended gauge.
Knit vs Crochet with Bloom® - We recommend using single crochet stitches at the gauge listed above for best results when crocheting with this yarn. Keep in mind, your finished crochet fabric will look different than a finished knitted fabric would, due to the fact that crochet stitches vary greatly in width/and height and knit stitches are more consistent.

I have been making hats and scarves for my adult grandkids and the self patterns of your yarn has been the biggest hit. Not only easy to work with, the softness and beauty has me making more. So glad you have such a great product. Imagine all the additional colors you could do.

Using 2 strands of Bloom morning glory, the is the 2nd baby blanket I have made. The 1st one is still a favorite of the little boy, a year and a half later. Used the wavy waters baby blanket pattern, a free pattern on Ravelry.

I enjoyed crocheting with this more than I thought I world! I did a simple wave pattern for a light throw for my mama and I enjoyed every minute of it. The yarn felt smooth and worked up quickly. I would love to see this in a bright yellow with the cream yarn (like the pink and the the blue and the violet versions) but only see yellow with yellow yarn currently. I think merging just a touch of color with the creamy white yarn gives it an innocent, sweet touch. Hoping you'll do that style with the yellow and many more colors.
