    When Malabrigo dyes their yarn, the same formula is used each time but every batch of yarn may vary. The differences from one dye lot to another can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, especially on variegated yarns.

    big bulky beautifulness!!

    Love this yarn. I'm a crocheter that felts the finished project. Love the self striping of this yarn, it felts like a dream. Have used it on a potholder loom, made coasters, hot pads and mug rugs (then felted them) using Rasta. It's probably fabulous for regular usage (scarves, blankets, etc) too but, not what I use it for. Highly recommend this yarn for felting. The shrinkage rate is about 30% depending on if I wove it onto a potholder loom or crocheted a circular coaster or square hot pad. Does that make sense?

    I love Malabrigo

    I got the yarn and I made a cowl out of it using a pattern out of one of Malabrigo’s pattern books. It came out lovely. I love their Rasta yarn.
