This yarn is an absolute joy to work with! There is no splitting and the stitch definition is terrific in my current project. I am also pleased with its softness. My only problem has been in the way it was wound in the skein causing the yarn to tangle as I worked with it and attempted to rewind it. In spite of this I still highly recommend this yarn and would purchase it again.
