This is a nice acrylic yarn. It’s softer than many I’ve used and inexpensive. I like to use acrylic for blankets so it can be easily washed, so this was perfect for my project.

If you've never tried premier basix worsted, run don’t walk to your computer to order. Substantial, not wimpy yarn; and lo and behold! You can knit or crochet straight from center pull of the skein. I can only do this with Premier yarns. It’s consistent. The skeins are the same. The thickness is the same. You won’t get variation in dye lots on thickness of yarn. Unlike most other companies.

I used the compare color feature on the website to see how it would look before buying them, and let me tell you I am so glad that I did because it gave me a better idea of what colors would go good together. I love how this yarn comes to you with a center pull already started🥳 I'm a center puller and even though I am, I hate fighting to find it, but you never have that issue with premier yarns🧶 I've ordered multiply times from them and every skein has been top notch quality and a pleasure to work up. I will continue to purchase of my favorite basix more in the near future.

This is my all time go-to worsted weight yarn for wearables, afghans, beanies, etc. It is so soft, does not split, shows great stitch definition, comes in an abundance of color choices, and it glides off my crochet hook with ease. It is an absolute joy to work with! I love this yarn!
