First time using cotton yarn and I'm pleased and pleasantly surprised by the softness and how this yarn works up! It doesn't split and it's not super stiff like I believed cotton yarn to be!

This is the softest cotton yarn I’ve ever used. I really don’t like crocheting with all cotton because of the way it feels. I like cotton blend. However this is the exception. It’s soft and easy to use.

Easy to use

Was a bit nervous about trying as I have worked with the Cotton Sprout Worsted Weight and it wasn't very soft (acrylic-type soft) and my garment came out very heavy & dense. So was surprised and very happy with the Dk weight. It's very soft and top came out with great drape and not heavy or dense in weight at all. I mis calculated how yarn I'd needed and ended up with a lot left over so bought more colors to mix with the mint and blush I already have. Hardly any splitting (expected with cotton yarn), easy & pleasant to work with and did NOT dry out my hands like other cotton yarns have. The color choices are awesome!

Cotton Sprout DK is my favorite yarn right now. It has a great hand-feel and good stitch definition. It makes me feel proud of my work. I am a beginner and started using acrylic yarn but I couldn't stand the way it felt in my hands. I then tried rayon and got incredibly angry at the splitting hahaha, so cotton has been PERFECT. I'm using the cotton yarn for a blanket and it's coming out so nicely. I have seven colors :D!
