I am very happy with this yarn! It does shed the tinsel, but the yarn is still very sparkly! It's still very soft and the colors are still very vibrant!

It makes a pretty finished item, but when working with it you need to be careful. When ripping out the yarn if you made a mistake , it starts to come apart. I had to throw away any sections that had to be frogged. It sheds quite a bit too. Not a yarn for beginners. It may be better with knitting, I am using it for crochet.
