I coordinate a charity handcraft group at church. We make several items for local organizations that serve the community.. Currently, we are making Baby Blankets for an organization that supports new mothers. The Bloom Chunky Big works up quick and easily. The cuddly softness of this yarn is perfect for newborns. In addition, the self-stripe feature creates quite a charming design. The only thing we wish is that there was more yardage. Funding for our group is limited and a baby blanket requires at least three sekins. Otherwise, it serves our needs perfectly!

I just finished this blanket for my first great grandson who’s 3 weeks old. This was so soft and easy to work with. I still have some left over and I’ll probably be using it for neck scarves 😍.

Loved this yarn and the pattern for the blanket. It knit up pretty quickly and I loved the colors as they unfolded. This is my second Bloom project.
