Placing an Order
Selecting a Product
Go to the product you would like to order. Here you can view technical information about the yarn and read reviews before deciding to purchase.
Selecting Colors and Quantities
Click "Pick a Color" to select what color you would like from the drop down.
You can increase or decrease quantities by clicking the "+" and "-" buttons.
Adding Yarns to Your Cart
Once you're ready, click the "Add to Cart" button.
A pop-up on will appear on the right side of the screen. Here, you can also increase or decrease quantities. If you are ready to check out, click the "Check Out" button.
This will take you to the page above. Here, you can fill in your information to complete the checkout process and enter any discount codes you may have.
Making Changes to Your Cart
If you need to make changes to your cart, simply click the "Return to cart" link at the bottom of the page (highlighted above in yellow).
Here you can make additional changes as needed before proceeding to check out again.
Accessing Your Cart
If you ever have trouble accessing your cart, simply go to https://www.premieryarns.com/cart to make changes or update quantities.

Premier Yarns is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change.
Premier Yarns may decide to take pre-orders on certain items. In these cases you will be responsible for paying for items, tax/tariff's and shipping as required.
If an item is available for pre-order, it will be indicated underneath the item’s thumbnail on its order page.
Premier Yarns is unable to split orders due to items being on pre-order. Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items on the order are available to ship.
U.S. and International customers are allowed to pre-order. If the items are not available within 60 days of the order date, Premier Yarns will issue a refund for the unavailable items and any difference in shipping charges.
- Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed and take 5 to 7 business days to reach your destination. Orders received after 12pm EST are considered to have been placed on the next business day. During the Holiday Season or other peak times, orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to process and ship.
- Premier Yarns is closed for business and does not ship on the following days in 2017:
- Thursday, November 23 Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, November 24 – day after Thanksgiving
- Monday, December 25 Christmas Day
