I love this yarn! Currently making my husband the tincanknits flax light with this and have made my baby lots of pants. I dont worry about mess because these was so nice! I don't put any handmade anything into the dryer.
I have not used it yet. But I know it will be amazing to work with. Because it is so very soft & squishy. I have my first GreatGrandchild coming anytime now!🤗 I'm so excited to make all that I can for him with this yarn, before it's all gone.
The yarn is very soft it’s softer than I thought it would be. It doesn’t split. It’s easy to crochet with. I would definitely use this yarn for baby items knowing that it’s going to be touching their delicate skin.
This yarn is not loose, does not split, has nice bounce, I enjoy crocheting with it, excellent quality for anti-piling acrylic.
Too bad it’s being phased out. I would love a company that provided a wide range of colors and textures in an anti-pilling yarn that could be my go to for the next 30 years.
Instead we are stuck with crappy Paintbox yarn (like > 50 colors) and it’s not even anti-pilling. The other options are Sirdar, Stylecraft, and Scheepjes for color range and decent quality yarn (mainly Scheepjes).
The colors are bright, and yes, this yarn is soft, softer than Red Heart premium, than Lion Brand Basic Stitch, and Premier anti-pilling Bobbin.
I use 2 strands as I mostly Ike to work with worsted weight/#4 yarn.
