I was taking a chance with this because I’m not much a sequin person but I love the extra pizzazz this adds to whatever you’re making. It’s not overpowering like I thought it might be. I made a cowl for a gift using a 4 weight and doubled up with this using “jewelry box” to contrast and it looked so festive; perfect for the season. Will definitely be ordering again.
Enchant yarn, jewel box color
I am making an evening bolero jacket for my mothers 90th birthday. She loves to go out for dinner and always dresses with some bling. I am very pleased with the yarn. I am running it with some plain wool lace weight yarn in med gray and the two are lovely together. The enchant yarn is very soft (including the sequins) — nothing scratchy at all. I even had to frog a few rows due to a mistake I made. The enchant yarn unwound pretty easily. A couple of sequins got caught but I was able to release them. Just take your time and it should I work without too much trouble. The stitch definition is very good. I’m not done yet or I would post a picture but so far I give this yarn two thumbs up. The sparkle is beautiful!
