Smooth wood, stays warm making it easy for the stitches to glide off the needle. Each needle has different colors running through the wood - they are very pretty.
Love the look and feel of these needles. When working with rustic yarn it glides freehand. Cords get a bit tangled when doing manic loop.
Circulars are very easy to work with. I like the point on the ends, and the smooth transition from cable to needle.
if you are a chunky yarn knitter, as i have become. These needles need to be added to your arsenal.
i haven't gotten a chance to use these needles, as i am currently using the other size i bought along with these the size 11 24" fixed circular knitting needles. you will not be disappointed. Plus they were 60% off- can't beat that and they are beautifully crafted.
They were more slippery than I had expected, but less so than bamboo needles I have. Beautifully crafted. A pleasure to use overall, along with excellent service from Premier.
